  • What are your support hours? Our team is available Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (EST). We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you ship worldwide? Currently, we exclusively serve customers in the United States and Canada to ensure a tailored experience and reliable delivery standards for the North American market.

  • Where are the products shipped from? To provide unique designs and competitive pricing, our lamps are dispatched directly from our international distribution centers.

  • Will I be charged customs duties or taxes? No. All orders to the U.S. and Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Lamp Field handles all customs clearance and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price; you will not receive any additional bills from couriers (like FedEx or UPS) or customs.

3. Orders & Processing

  • How long does delivery take? Our delivery timeline is broken down into two stages:

    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

    • Transit Time: 3–10 business days.

    • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–13 business days.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, modifications may no longer be possible.

  • What if I do not receive my order? If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us at info@lamp-field.com for immediate assistance.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • How can I return an item? To initiate a return, please email us at info@lamp-field.com. All returns must be authorized before shipping.

    • Important: Our registered office in Assen, Netherlands, is an administrative office and not a return center. We will provide you with the correct North American return address once your request is approved.

  • When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The credit will be issued to your original payment method.
